Already read Your documentation and forum - but, sorry, did not find an exact reply.

Well, everything is installed, plugin enabled.
Joomla Non-SEF system in use.
No changes in htaccess.txt.

I want to redirect existing article
FROM - /index.php?option=com_content&view=section&id=4&Itemid=37

Published - YES
Redirect - 200

TO Community Builder profile
TO - afrikao.com/index.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=userprofile&user=81

Nothing happens.

When I click the article address
afrikao.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=section&id=4&Itemid=37 - RedJ DOES NOT REDIRECT me to profile
afrikao.com/index.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=userprofile&user=81

Please, give me a hint what I do wrong ?

first thanks you for purchasing Enterprise version, and sorry for delay for answer (I were on holidays).

About your problem, please first try a 301 redirect as follow:



Note that you need to escape the question mark (\?). About the internal redirect, we have found a problem with some URL related to components (while this should work without problems with articles as in your case). We are working to fix the problem. A solution will be available in a few days (otherwise we will refund all the users).

When I enabled native Joomla SEF - in the most cases the redirect is working fine.
Waiting for the updated Enterprise when ready.

But let me tell You one misunderstanding I met.

If I click on a link INSIDE the website - it redirects me correctly to another page (as set in REDJ)

But if I type the same link in a browser address (accessing the address OUTSIDE) - the redirect does not work.

Have You an idea in Your experience what it could be ?

is the problem I'm trying to correct!

It's because the internal redirect can be done changing server variables as first thing. THe problem is to change every variable in a right way, as Apache does...

Anyway, very near to a solution.
