I need to redirect the following :

From URL: /contact-us.asp?m=185
To URL: http://{siteurl}/contact-us.html?m=185

I am not good in regular expressions.

Just escape the question mark in "From URL":

If I need to carry forward all the query string values to the destination url, What will be best solution for it?

I have the From urls in the following pattern
From URL: /contact-us.asp?m=185

I have several other parameters like, m=186, m=187, m=188 ,etc. which will be called in the different occations.

I need to carry what ever comes after the "?" mark to the destination url. Only the page name should change. Like,
contact-us.html?m=THE_SENT_VALUE

at the moment destination URL must be static. In the next release I'll add this new feature. Meanwhile, you can try to solve the problem as suggestged here:
