URLs are pretty much the same ...

 
FromURL	/(.*)/tournaments/(.*)/(.*)
ToURL	/$1/tdetails?c=$2&t=$3

Example:

 
FromURL	/en/tournaments/spain/copa-santa
redirects to 
ToURL	/en/tdetails?c=spain&t=copa-santa
 
-----
 
FromURL	/it/tournaments/italy/adria-football-cup
redirects to 
ToURL	/it/tdetails?c=italy&t=adria-football-cup

Hope you know what I mean? It's "just" one more dynamic part of the URL..

Try this:

From URL: /[^/]+/tournaments/[^/]+/[^/]+$
To URL: http://{siteurl}/{preg_match 1}/\/([^\/]+)\/tournaments\//i{/preg_match}/tdetails?c={preg_match 1}/\/tournaments\/([^\/]+)\//i{/preg_match}&t={preg_match 2}/\/tournaments\/([^\/]+)\/([^\/]+)/i{/preg_match}

Please, be aware that this is quite complex rule and I've not tested yet, so forgive me if not works...
