post here the old URL. Maybe there are some characters (like question mark ?) that must be escaped (\?) to avoid that they are interpreted with regular expressions notation.

Your extension is fantastic. After a very bad experience with the sef 404 reuperar'm trying to thousands of url with error 404. I have started to realize it, but I see old url that its construction had an accent or quotation marks, no index. It is the existence of characters to replace, and enable the component to interpret that there are such signs. I guess that this will be resolved. But do not know what character set and also solve these 404. Thanks again for generous support and solidarity.

It gives more problems than solutions. but not this extension of you, in addition to being easy, simple and effective is free. Again congratulations on your work.
