Wonder if you could help I've upgrade my joomla site and installed ReDJ to redirect some of the url's
for example The old url was www.newcastle-guide.co.uk/gateshead.html and the new url is now www.newcastle-guide.co.uk/tyne-and-wear/gateshead.html but when I publish the redirect neither the old one or the new one works in firefox it says the page is not redirecting properly and in Chrome it says it is in a loop.
In the redirect I have put
From URL as /gateshead.html
to url www.newcastle-guide.co.uk/tyne-and-wear/gateshead.html
Can you help please.

To avoid loops just add a caret at the beginning...

From URL: ^/gateshead.html
