Thank you for such a great Extension

I want to remove "item" in all of my urls, for example:

www.zoomit.ir/it-news/item/4489
www.zoomit.ir/software/item/4484
www.zoomit.ir/it-news/snews/item/4480

should be change to and redirect to:

www.zoomit.ir/it-news/4489
www.zoomit.ir/software/4484
www.zoomit.ir/it-news/snews/4480

would you please help me to get to it
